At Healing Paws, we specialize in purebred Traditional Ragdoll and Cherubim cats bred for temperament and health.

Our TICA registered cattery is dedicated to small batch breeding, ensuring quality and affection in every kitten.

About Our Owner-Dr. Aisha Ahmouda

Dr. Aisha is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who conducts her clinical work at a rural public health clinic in Fulton, MO. With a deep commitment to compassionate, ethical care, she brings the same attentiveness and empathy to her professional life as she does to her home.

Married to her husband of 20 years, Dr. Aisha is the proud mother of three energetic, kind-hearted teenagers who play an active role in helping socialize cats and kittens on a regular basis. Family life is central to her world, and she especially enjoys watching her children compete in sports, as well as coaching and encouraging young athletes in the community.

Dr. Aisha is a passionate supporter of local cat rescue efforts, particularly Purrfect Paws, and is deeply committed to prioritizing both the physical and psychological well-being of her cats. Her unique blend of mental health expertise, nurturing home environment, and dedication to rescue and animal welfare allows her to raise and support cats with exceptional care, stability, and socialization.

Blue/Cream Bicolor Tortie Cherubim Ragdoll

Queen Rumi

Introducing our upcoming Cherubim Ragdoll queen, a blue/cream bicolor tortie Cherubim Ragdoll with an exceptionally gentle and calm temperament. She adores being brushed, leans into affection, and carries herself with a quiet sweetness that wins everyone over.

She is the beloved sister of Ember and the cherished niece of Minnie, continuing a line known for outstanding temperament and beauty. She also shares a special bond with our fixed male, Saka, and the two can often be found curled up together in peaceful companionship.

Paired with our new stud, Steel, she can produce a variety of Blue and Cream and Blue/Cream Tortie babies that are bicolor or color point, and possibly lynx patterns, and can be traditional or cherubim kittens. Both mom and dad are LARGE so these babies will be chubby and fluffy!

Queen Ember

Our blue/cream mitted tortie Cherubim Ragdoll queen is a gentle cuddlebug with a playful streak. She adores being held, happily flops over for belly rubs, and has an adorable obsession with socks—often found by the laundry hunting for her next favorite toy.

Paired with our recently retired stud, Charlie, she can produce seal, seal tortie, and red Traditional and Cherubim kittens in both mitted and bicolor patterns.

Queen Freya (Retiring Sept. 2026)

Queen Freya is a stunning blue point Traditional Ragdoll female, three years old, and joining our cattery for her final litter (Due in May with Charlie's kittens). She comes from champion bloodlines and has a proven history of producing especially chubby, luxuriously fluffy kittens in beautiful blue variations. An exceptional and attentive mother, Freya consistently produces kittens with outstanding temperaments, known for their sweetness, calm nature, and affectionate personalities. We are honored to welcome her and look forward to celebrating this special final chapter in her breeding journey. We look forward to her retirement after this upcoming litter and are actively accepting applications for her furrever home (Ready in September).

Minnie ( Former-Original Queen)

The unexpected loss of our beautiful Queen Minnie has taken us through every one of these phases.

We’ve been quiet, not because she wasn’t deeply loved, but because we needed the time and space to grieve her properly. Some losses deserve silence before words.

Minnie’s passing was not due to any breed-related condition, but the result of an infection that progressed faster than anyone could have anticipated. Even knowing that doesn’t make it easier—it simply reminds us how fragile and precious life truly is.

In the midst of heartbreak, Minnie left behind six beautiful kittens who needed us. These tiny lives became our purpose. Around-the-clock bottle feedings, constant warmth, endless snuggles… they have been raised not just by us, but with us. Because of this, they already see humans as their comfort, their safety, their mother.

Queen Delores

Delores is our stunning lilac torbie mitted queen, joining our program from Freedom Ragdolls and already making an unforgettable impression. With her soft, rare coloring and gentle presence, she embodies both beauty and temperament—traits we value deeply in our breeding program.

She arrives not only as a cherished addition to our cattery, but also as a devoted mother to five sweet babies, each already showcasing the exceptional quality she passes on. Delores has consistently produced unique and highly sought-after colors, including delicate creams and lilacs, adding something truly special to our lines.

Affectionate, attentive, and wonderfully nurturing, she is the kind of queen who thrives both with her kittens and her people. As our third active breeding female following the retirement of Freya, Delores helps us maintain our intentional 3:1 ratio—allowing us to keep our cattery small, intimate, and focused on quality over quantity.

We are so excited for the future she brings and the legacy she will help us build.

King Charlie

Meet our recently retired King

Charlie is a 2.5 year old Chocolate Mitted Male Traditional Ragdoll. He loves headbutts and being brushed. Charlie has produced some very sweet and adorable babies. He has been neutered and retired but does have 2 final litters due in late May/early June! In one of those litters may be the next future King of Healing Paws! Charlie will live out his best life as a spoiled boy, which he deserves so very much! Please feel free to inquire about Charlie!

King Steel

Meet our NEW King

Steel is a 1 year old Blue Lynx Bicolor Male Traditional Ragdoll with deep blue eyes. He is sweet, cuddly and very docile. Steel comes to us from another cattery and has already produced a few VERY ADORABLE litters! We look forward to seeing how he shapes the future of Healing Paws Ragdoll and Cherubim Cattery!
